Ever wanted to know the most efficient and sustainable way to help maintain your local trails, but didn't know where (or were too intimidated) to start? Led by professional enduro racer Anne Gaylean, the Women's Trail Maintenance 101 workshop will combine professional coaching by Rocket Ramp's expert trail builders with hands-on experience on real trails at Glorieta Adventure Camps in Santa Fe, NM. The workshop is intended for adult mountain biking women, queer, non-binary, and gender non-conforming individuals who lead busy lives and aspire to be volunteer trail stewards and advocates. This workshop will provide attendees with the knowledge and confidence to quickly identify the most urgent trail needs and apply sustainable maintenance techniques.
Attendees will receive a workbook outlining techniques, terms, tools, and strategies that will assist in the successful maintenance of trails and trail systems, along with work gloves and discounts on trail tools!
