Frequently asked questions.

I do not know what ramp to choose. Can you help?

Absolutely! We would prefer to chat with all customers about getting them the perfect ramp. Head over to Contact Us and drop us a line or email!

I purchased a ramp, and I need to build a landing for it. What advice can you give me?

As a group of riders who started building as kids, we have developed some clever ways to build a tall enough landing for your new ramp with minimal effort. Shoot us an email and we will do our best to help you out!

I am putting my ramp in permanently in my yard. Should I stake it in?

Our ramps are built to be stable on their own, yet adding stakes from the ramp to the ground will ensure that there will be zero movement from the ramp.

Do you do custom ramp installs?

Yes! We do lots of park building, and we have the heavy equipment to build you the best landing for your ramp. We also can design and build entire parks utilizing our ramps!

My ramp was damaged during shipping. Can I get a replacement part?

Absolutely! Please contact us, and we can coordinate getting you the pieces and hardware you need.

I got my ramp, set it up, and didn’t like it. Can I get a refund?

Yes! We are more than happy to refund your money. However, buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

How long will my ramp last?

Our ramps are designed with recycled plastic that has a 50-year warranty, stainless-steel weather-proof bolts, and cedar wood. The warranty on our ramps is three years, but plan on them lasting for over ten!

What kind of maintenance do I need to do to my ramp after I set it up?

While our ramps are built to be low-maintenance with high-quality parts, it is important to check bolts and decking boards before use to be sure they are safe. Please refer to your instruction sheet for assembly specifications, and if you are unsure, please contact us directly!

Can I stain the cedar wood in the ramp kit?

Absolutely! While cedar is rot resistant without a stain or water-proof coating, painting or staining the wood will make it look better and last even longer.

Do you all do sponsorships?

We currently do not have a team or sponsorship program, but please reach out to us! We would love to hear your plans and thoughts, and we will try and help you the best we can.
